Conservation Commission <br /> April S, 1990 <br /> Page 7. <br /> LAST WARNING: Letters were sent out this week. <br /> ACC: Workshop to be held in Norton on May 21 . Marry Des ros i ers and Robert <br /> Sherman to attend. <br /> NEW SEABURY: A letter from Michael Groet ke was read requesting that regarding <br /> conservation issues, visits to a site are to be preceded by telephone call . <br /> letter in response, approved by Town Counsel , was also read. <br /> A CONCERNED CITIZEN inquired about the cutting of the old cranberry bog by the <br /> Indian Museum. Earl Mills Jr. came in last summer stating he was anticipating <br /> doing this work. A letter from Mr, Mills was read, Mr,. Sherr an stated he was <br /> satisfied and it was agreed the letter was adequate to address any questions. <br /> The agent will contact the citizen. <br /> ELAINE S HUSTER: Floats were - stored on the marsh and a vehicle was on the <br /> marsh also. A letter was read from fir. Schuster. It was agreed a letter <br /> ill be written that the matter will be dropped provided no further vehicular <br /> traffic occurs on the marsh and the floats remain off the marsh. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of March 8,, 1990 <br /> as written. <br /> ASHPEE RIVER WOODLANDS,COMMITTEE: They wi_11 have a clean-up day after the <br /> herring run. In commemoration of Earth Day they will be doing a clean-up of <br /> Great H.ay Road on April 21 . Dick Terry is in charge. <br /> EARTH DAY; An invitation to a celebration on April 12 at the Coombs School � <br /> was received. <br /> CAPE GOD COMMISSION: A memo and checklist for projects coming under the act <br /> was handed out. <br /> LEVINE: Brad Barr is initiating action under Chapter 91 . Mr. Sherman suggested <br /> waiting until the next meeting, if piling still there an enforcement order to be <br /> issued and perhaps a fine. <br /> BUTTERMILK BA's PROJECT: Model language for septics was distributed, <br /> BAYVIEW: A foundation wall was leaning and trees taken down. The excavation <br /> and building was open. They were told to put in hay bales and proceed to close <br /> everything up.
