Mr. Palmatier agreed the 81 width would be reasonable if the 201 length was approved. Ms Beh rman suggested bringing the beginning of the dock back for a total length of 70 feet. HEARING CLOSED ORDER OF CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS, ELE ANTE- Deborah Bottles Pond: A revegetation plan has not been submitted, There has. been no response since March 12. They had agreed to complete the work by May. It was agreed a $300 fine will be issued for failure to comply with mitigation measures if no response within 10 days. MO CLATOHY: John Jacobi has provided sounding requested at the last meeting and the pier i s now shown on the revised plan. It shows 7 f t. at Mean Low, 9 ft. at high tide. Mr, Sherman stated D.E.P. will have questions and he suggested whiting out the isolated land subject to flooding; he would be satisfied with only delineating the salt marsh and top of the coastal bank. Paul Somerville is to give a written commentary. He proposed for clarification , a notation of what is existing and what is proposed. Mr. Jacobi agreed. He will contact Mr. Somerville.
