The project is not ready to be closed. <br /> JAMES MC GONAGLE: A letter reviewed Concerning commission endorsement of a handout <br /> to be distributed at Mashpee--Wal eby landing. <br /> Question was raised who would enforce this. The Selectmen and Andrew Gottleib <br /> to be consulted. <br /> COMMISSION REAPPOINTMENTS: Appointment policy was reviewed. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to endorse the reappointment of Gertrude Simmons <br /> and Harry Desroslers as full members and Elizabeth Terry as Associate <br /> member. <br /> RIVERWA S PROGRAM: Handout reviewed concerning Ri verways Protection Bill which <br /> would establish 150 foot setback, <br /> SPECIAL CONDITIONS; Reviewed. Change g: wetlands to r source. <br /> AGENT'S MONTHLY REPORT was reviewed. <br /> ASSESSORS MAPS: It was agreed these are necessary and expenditure for the purchase <br /> was authorized. <br /> ORDERS of CONDITIONS/SNORE DRIVE: It was agreed to hold a housekeeping meeting on <br /> June 21 in order to condition the 14 projects, <br /> FRED LUCol I: order of conditions issued. <br /> PAUL. PICARILLO: One- year extension permit issued. <br /> Pat Coffey left the meeting at 10:30 p.m <br /> ENFORCEMENT ISSUES: <br /> Vining: Fish & Wildlife concur a wildlife habitat assessment should be done. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that a wildlife habitat evaluation be required. <br /> MAGUIRE: Mr. Maguire asked -the Commission to reconsider and not pursue the fine <br /> issued. This is a second offense, The agent stated he had no strong feelings <br /> either way. <br /> After discussion it was the consensus the fine should not be rescinded as it <br /> would be precedent setting. <br /> VOTE: Motion rude and seconded not to rescind the fine issued to Paul Maguire. <br /> ELONIS - WATERWAY: The property is changing hands and an enforcement order is <br /> necessary to establish ownership. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue an enforcement order for an unpermitted <br /> walkway over the coastal bank. <br />
