Agent to pursue. He suggested <br /> requiring the filing of a notice of intent under the torn bylaw. To be held. <br /> A HPEE RIVER WOODLANDS: letter was read listing members at the present time. <br /> A meeting was held with the Town Accountant, Executive Secretary and Finance Committee <br /> member regarding the $3000 transferred from the budget at town meeting, The Commission <br /> was told it was a make and was meant to be added. <br /> ?r. Sherman asked if an article should be considered for the reinstatement of the , <br /> funds. It was agreed this should be put in motion. <br /> HARE R ASTERIS SHACK: Emergency certification to be signed by the Selectmen. <br /> JOHNS POND FLS: Ernie Virgilio to submit plan for repair. <br /> VOTE:_ Motion made and seconded to encumber $350.00 for protective security <br /> measures ,at Johns Pond Flume at the Selectmen's request. <br /> CHAPTER 91•: Regulations will be coming out this fall which will include the fact <br /> that people Will have to file. <br /> It was recommended that the Commission formalize policy for docks older than two <br /> years that no enforcement measures are taken unless there is activity or change <br /> in footprint. Polio to be written for the next hearing date. <br /> DREW REALTY TRUST: The request for superseding order requires they go through <br /> EP as- they are in the ACEC. <br /> CERTIFIED AS-BUILT: Special condition to be used at the Commission's discretion. <br /> VERNAL POOL CERTIFICATION: New Seabury is questioning the procedure and legality. <br /> letter from Asst. Town Counsel re regulations was reviewed. A meeting to be held <br /> with Joe Reardon next Thursday to fine tune them. The Vernal Pool section to be redone. <br /> A letter from Asst. Town Counsel, re Harry Lane was road into the record.. <br /> ALDER LEVINE: A letter requesting a new order of Conditions, not Amended, <br /> was read.
