A check for the $5000 promised to help clean up the Mashpee River <br /> was delivered to the Commission by the Sullivans. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised there was concern the check should have been made to the <br /> Conservation Trust Fund. Mr. Thorng was willing to have it exchanged, if necessary. <br /> The Chairman gave the history of the project and agreed to write the order of Con- <br /> ditions this evening to be released when the check is changed. <br /> VCS: lection made and seconded to write the order of Conditions this evening, which <br /> will be held until the check from Mr. Sullivan is exchanged.. Brian Zeppenfeld presenting. They are proposing to rebuild <br /> the green and sand trap which from people waling over has deteriorated. They wish <br /> to bring back the original design. They will peel back the existing grass and re- <br /> grade; the green will not change, it will ,just not be a severe grade. The sand <br /> trap will be smaller, They want to extend the existing cart path to speed up <br /> play. Silt fences will be utilized. No trees will .be cut; no fill to be removed. <br /> small bulldozer will be used to rebuild the lip. <br /> Mr, Sherman did not see any threat to the resource areas with the erosion control <br /> measures in place. <br /> There were no comments from the public. <br /> Vim: Motion rade and seconded to find a Negative Determination.
