Frank Duffy is to rake a decision <br /> with copies to the commission. <br /> CONSERVATION TRUST ND: An advisory received from Town Counsel stating the fund can <br /> be used to update the computer. <br /> Ji "s POND PARK bMV Bill presented with a letter of explanation from Wm. Warwick. <br /> Motion made and seconded to pay Urn. Warwick the amount of $1120. <br /> JAMS CTRL REALTY TRUST: specific plans are needed. <br /> POLICY: Re replacing planks on an old dock, the agent advised he has been requiring <br /> letter stating exactly what is going to be done, <br /> DAA WOE: A ce �rtificate of compliance was requested. on-site was done and the <br /> dock is double in length. The Commission agreed an enforcement order should be <br /> issued with a copy to the building inspector. <br /> umvzff BELKIN: BSC has requested an informal discussion on December 27 on the <br /> proposed plans for a house on the lot. Town counsel to be consulted. <br /> CRANBERRY BOGS: A meeting with Town Counsel and Executive secretary to be scheduled <br /> for an overview of the bog situation. The lease has two years to run. The harvest <br /> price for the harvest already made is not set. <br /> 'here was discussion of not purchasing the irrigation system and the possibility of <br /> town management of the bogs. options are being explored. <br /> Mrs. Sons will check to see if a barrel number on this crop was received. <br /> Mr. Coffey advised there are a number of contract clauses they are in violation of. <br /> It was noted the costs of operating the bogs are unknown. <br /> It is in Tern Counsel.'s hands for the first round of negotiations. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Diana M.
