Paradise presented his reasons for1 <br /> a. � t pier, This pier was <br /> originally -olaced in Johns Ponce i <br /> 1973 bya Matt Sharp the ice <br /> of this year tore up his pier and moved it. This pier was 811 long <br /> on the point. Mr. a.radise stated that the depth of the grater at 811 <br /> wa.s only 3 and /2 not seep e lough for is <br /> large 150VP boat. <br /> It was noted at this time by Mrs. De ort' that he was in violation of <br /> a Town r�-la r i <br /> ori i motors over 45 HP on Johns Pond also the fact <br /> was brought out that the Wetlands Act was in effect in 1972 and d <br /> � <br /> permit was required for a, pier at that time also. . <br /> Mrs. Studley previewed the plans and asked Mr. Paradise how many piles <br /> were driven for the pier and how long the lost was 7- in all the over <br /> .11 length of the pier wig be �.�. r <br /> � � Paradise said they woad be <br /> 4 or 5 inches in di • <br /> diameter f l l ed with cement <br />
