Studley, Vice Chairperson <br /> Barbara Sloane <br /> Charles Buckingham <br /> James Leclair <br /> Wayne Taveres <br /> The following issues were covered at tonight's meeting. <br /> r <br /> D3-10 <br /> Notice of Intent was read. <br /> Stephen YanTol presented plan. Committee agreed that it looks good. Order <br /> of Conditions to be written up and seat out certified mail. Legal fee .paid. <br /> Mr. Labelle, Great River Rd. <br /> Monomocoy Island (Lot 414 and 415) <br /> Addition on backside of his house. No new septic system. Attached garage <br /> with living space above. Concrete block footing. It will be over 100 feet <br /> from water. Committee decided no need to File. <br /> _104 <br /> Wayne Ta. eyes for Mr. Stauffer, Lot 102 <br /> Wading place Rd. , e abut' <br /> Stone wall to be constructed similar to canal. It will be built by hand all <br /> cemented. Stones will be dumped at duck pond. <br /> Questions were raised concerning shellfish. Provisions must be made for clams, <br /> quahogs, etc.. when removing soil away. Therefore, Order of conditions was is- <br /> sued <br /> -shed stating that army disturbed shellfish shall be relocated to the nearest <br /> possible site and that constructor will be responsible for relocating all shell- <br /> fish which are disturbed during construction of the project. <br /> Vas asked if he wanted a dock's Answer: No, just the gall. <br /> Advised by the board to apply to Division of Waterways for Chapter 91 and DEQE, <br /> Waltham. Also advised to call Peter Sloane to see if there is .any thing that <br /> New Seabury requires. Legal fee paid. <br /> Mr. Holmes filed appeal before lapse of time. A maximum of 30 feet will be al- <br /> lowed; not 160 feet, as applies to Chapter 91. <br /> Barbara Sloane talked about seminar she attended. Topics discussed were: <br /> To Deny Without Prejudice The Notice of Intent and Cease and Desist (which brings <br /> the situation- to the attention of-t ie owner), <br /> 4 <br />
