Mrs. Sloane said that we ought to do somethingp that people can't just go <br /> on fooling around with the tidal, waters. M.rs Hennigan said that his house is <br /> within 30' of the water and Mrs. DeLory reminded him that that gra prior to the <br /> Act. Mrs Hennigan said that the house has been constructed and most of it is <br /> done. He further said that he would think anyone here has any reasonable doubt <br /> shatever that it will alter or affect the wetlands as such. He said that there <br /> are exceptions to the ruling and the Commission has a right to make an exception. <br /> Mr. Hennigan said that it would be very expensive to move the house and Mr. <br /> LeClair pointed out that the Commission hadn It mentioned moving the house,, . adding <br /> that Mr. Hennigan sags hehasntt broken a law, but the Commission says he has. <br /> Mr. Hennigan said that that wasn't the intent. Mrs. Studley asked if the septic <br /> system is in yet and Mrs Hennigan said that it will be, adding that it has been <br /> approved and they have a building permit. Mr. Buckingham said it was i!.---.sued and <br /> according to Title 5. with the septic work being up near the road, it can go in <br /> there, but that has nthing to do with any other part. <br /> Mrs. DeLory asked if all permits had been applied for and Mr. Hennigan reow <br /> plied in the affirmative. Mr. Hennigan said that there is a plan at the Board of Health and they <br /> approved the septic plan. He also said that Highwood water is there - no fill <br /> at the moment a- that it would be 1001 away from the septic if they put it in later <br /> n.
