MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION LEGAL AND REGUIAR HEARING <br /> DATE: August 1 , 1977 -Mashpe e Town Hall <br /> i <br /> TIME: 7:30 P.M. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairperson DorothyStudley.. � <br /> the � �: w <br /> following members in attendance. Barbara Sloane, Pauline Denary, <br /> Charles Buckingham, Jim LeClair, Norman and Richard Gargiulo. Also in atm- <br /> tendance for part of the meeting were Joseph Selame and Mike Jones. . <br /> The first legal hearing was on the Notice of Intent filed by Joseph <br /> Selame, 605 Little I eck, ummerseas, I ashpee, to build and maintain w k� <br /> way, dock and float Located at Ockway Day. There was an existing structure <br /> there until the ice of this past Wint r. He,. has submitted the plan of his <br /> property and an'optional float construction � one is. plywood covered and the <br /> other is 11 hoards, 111 apart. Construction of the walkway i plank <br /> lank <br /> construction with spacing. -In this case, the sewer is up n Little Neck, <br /> right i n front of the house The plans were looked at. <br /> The builders have been asked to have holes drilled in the plywood, to <br /> let light in, or use decking; there 'is to be styrofoamon the bottom of . <br /> the decking., galvanized poles,which come out in the winter.
