i . � r The next hearing was for fir. and Mrs. Peter Edgerly to construct a single.-family dwelling at Wheelhouse Lane, Mashpee. This ,one has a 50' easement from mean high grater to the edge of his property -- 50' f marsh- land. The entire 'fide Run development had easements from 20' to501all f around Jehu� and Great River *- this is Lot 43. The percolation test was given to Mr. Buckingham and then the plans were looked at. Mrs's Studley mentioned that everyone building on a waterfront lot now has to file a Notice of Intent and that a hearing is then required. Mr. LeClair was cone -rned about the machinery inasmuch as this one is right on hts above mean high water, Ir. LeClair was f the river.
