Studley showed and discussed the plan - they're going to be con- crete and stone rip--rap in front of the Condominium and they are going to use .those existing concrete slabs that they already have there and build back from that. Work shall con- form exactly to the - plans submitted by Robert A. Braman, titled "proposed Stone and Concrete Moundff, Plan #E33, as of March 22, 1978, Sheet One of One, with the following additions; toe stones shall be -tori and snail stone shall be a mi inimum of 200 lbs; Poly Filter x, or equal, shall be used as a base; existing bl ock ►gay be included in the structure as per plan. 12. Weep holes shall be placed at ' intervals within the stone blanket along the entire length of the project. 13. The remaining area should be Planted with suitable -vegetatiliecover.
