Mrs. Sloane asked if he knew his abutters. He said he knew the ones on e onsett Island, but not across the waterway. He also said that i he is agent-for his brother, he will have to list his brother as one of the abutters, Mr. Gargiulo said that if it is a Land Court Title, he will get a cer- tificate versus a Quitclaim Deed. Dr. Allen said that he thinks it will be Land Courted, but his brother's subdivision has not yet been registered -rith the Land Court, but will be sometime in the future prior to his taking title. Mr. Gargiulo said that whatever deed he takes from his brother should be the deed he uses in filing both his plan here and with the Registry istry of Deeds, then go with a Quitclaim Deed and put a confirmatory deed on for a $5.00 fee. Dr. Allen said that he had been over this three times with three different people. Mrs. Studley said that if he uses the present title reference, that's good enough. If he has a Certificate, write that number in.
