Holmes came before the Board to request that ars Amended Order of Conditions be sent out to Mr. Lawton as there was a discrepancy on the book number and page num- ber originally given when the Notice of Intent was filed, An Amended Order of Conditions was mailed out on May 21 , 1981* Com I i an c eE43-149 Compliance was issued on Lot 16 Tide Run to Bruce Fulton. Wry. J. Bowman Cease and Desist Order Pauline: l had a call from Jeannie Thomas informing me that a lot on Mashpee Neck Pd. had been completely cleared and planted. The lot abuts Mr. ourte anche' . It is town owned property which he cleared and put up posts. A Cease and Desist was issued on May 6. 1981. Subsequently, a letter was received from Mr. Bowman dated May 11 , 1981,. in which he stated what he did. A copy of the letter was .given to Selectman Thomas. The 7s45 P.M. hearing was delayed due to the late arrival of Mr. & Mrs. Geldmache . The Board motioned that a continuance be held on this hearing, however, reskcinded its motion upon the 'Ge drfi .cher's arrival. Their hearing was held at 8s35 PeMe 8: 0 .M.
