#5-
MaUS49P Village Condominiumst cont.
ha.rles: I get so worried at the rate of loss that I've seen there,
Mr. Johnson: Dight. All we would need is another big storm.
Charlie: Discusses what happened down by ' righton Sounds during the storm of '78*
Pauline: That is it. 'There are no other questions.
4MM ENO
SE4 -1 54
Bruce Fulton
Dot 30 Waterline Dr. Forth# Jehu fond
Bruce re-submitted plans tonight on a hearing that was held on December 3. 1980 in
which a continuance was noted upon due to the faetthat the original plans showed
the house as being on the conservation easement. .
Bruce: This is what has happened since the time that the hearing was held on Deo. 5.
had a different house re-designed for the lot. I rent to the Board of Health and
had a variance to move the house closer to the road. I went to the Appeals Board to
get a variance so that I could move the Douse closer to the road. Now instead -of the
o foot min imum from the road to tfie house, I am able to pint the house 32 feet. And
I have the house out of the conservation easement. It is right on the border. I
had a house designed going right around the easement.
Charlie—: Where are the loads Pf fill that are there going to go Thence is about
five loads.
Bruce: There is maybe even more -- about six or- seven, Shows the Board the contours
on the plan. It is a crawl space type of- foundation. Shows where the grade is .very
low, We will only be digging down about 6 inches to get a footing in on the law cor-,
ner. Shows where their will be scraping dirt out and Mates that they will be banking
i . We have I to 2 feet drop from the road and where the house will be going. S
what I ars going to use that fill for is so I can drain the water away from the house
ins Lead of hav ing wt er runn ing o ff th e road in to my hous e. Tha t is pry the f it l is
there,
wane: So it is gust there as a berm right now, Bruce?
Bruce: Right now, there is just piles. I have a foot to two foot drop-off from the
edge of the road. I don't grant to have a drop-of'f because when ,fou have a storm,You
will have Mater running right into the 'hcuse* So than di.ri< will be used to have it
slope back down to the road.
Dorothy, What about the grade along the easement? Is that higher?
Bruce: The 'whole thing slopes right down to. the water.
Charlie: Will the deck be supported with pilings on the outside edge?
Bruce: I. ,am not sure exactly how that will go, Charlie. I will expect that we will
have beam right dere, (Points to the spot) It is only a 6 foot' deck.
Wayne: So there will be no posts there?
Bruce: No.
