I rent to the Board of Health and had a variance to move the house closer to the road. I went to the Appeals Board to get a variance so that I could move the Douse closer to the road. Now instead -of the o foot min imum from the road to tfie house, I am able to pint the house 32 feet. And I have the house out of the conservation easement. It is right on the border. Dorothy, What about the grade along the easement? Is that higher? Bruce: The 'whole thing slopes right down to. the water. Charlie: Will the deck be supported with pilings on the outside edge?
