An amended order of Conditions was sent out as 'follows: Lot 16-,- �,-149 Amended Order of Conditions . The work shall conform to the following described planst Sewage Disposal System for Bruce Fulton, Lot 16, Tide Run, l ashpee. Dated 10/10/80 . Re. vised: 4/13/81. Plans Drawn Bys , Wax-wick & Wilkie, Box 801,, North Falmouth, 12. Check valve to be installed between house and septic tank to comply with Flood Plain regulations. 3. No heavy equipment allowed in the front. . clothing is to be removed In the conservation zone. 15. Addition to deck -shall be allowed as submitted in revised plan dated April 13 • 1 . A letter was sent to. Bruce- Fulton on June 11, 1981 stating that the Board detected mistake on the revised plan for Lot 16 Tide Run. on the, section that described the plan was written Keel Way instead of Tide- Run. Cali from Jerry Umina Pauline stated that she had a call from Jerry Umina asking if the lot between tan Key's and ores' lot was buildable. Pauline advised him that the lot was unbuildable. Charlie asked what makes a lot unbuildable. Pauline said the height above sea level, Charlie expressed that he felt that the Boar does not have the right to say a lot is unbuild .ble unless under water. Wayne stated that the Board should send out letter stipulating that the lot is be- img considered. All the Board should be doing is making sure that it is done safely as possible.
