Bruce- Fulton on June 11, 1981 stating that the Board detected <br /> mistake on the revised plan for Lot 16 Tide Run. on the, section that described the <br /> plan was written Keel Way instead of Tide- Run. <br /> Cali from Jerry Umina <br /> Pauline stated that she had a call from Jerry Umina asking if the lot between tan Key's <br /> and ores' lot was buildable. Pauline advised him that the lot was unbuildable. <br /> Charlie asked what makes a lot unbuildable. Pauline said the height above sea level, <br /> Charlie expressed that he felt that the Boar does not have the right to say a lot <br /> is unbuild .ble unless under water. Wayne stated that the Board should send out <br /> letter stipulating that the lot is be- img considered. All the Board should be doing <br /> is making sure that it is done safely as possible. <br />
