Dr. Jones was <br /> also -present. <br /> Mike Jones: Asks the Board 'if they have written an Order of Conditions? <br /> Pauline: Tells 'fir. Jones that the Board plans to go over it tonight and take a <br /> vote. <br /> Mike Jones: States that they have Dresent,ed the changes and documents asked for <br /> two weeks ago. ells the oard that they are anxious to proceed. Mentions that <br /> seven weeks have elapsed since the hearing and. asks the Board if there isrob- <br /> lem with it, Tells the Board that the house is now 40 feet back. Before it was <br /> 32 feet back, however, they re-designed the house and mored it closer to the road. <br /> The essential thing is that the rouse is designed to sit on top of the existing <br /> contour. There will be very little excavation involved.. <br /> l a- ul e: Asks Mike Jones if they have applied for the Board of Health permit on <br /> the septic system <br /> 'dike Jones, Yes and that has been granted and approved. <br /> Pauline: 1 checked today and Mrs. Anderson said that there was no Permit issued. <br /> Mn. Anderson said that the perk test was done but no permit was granted on this, <br /> Mike Jones; It is our understanding that you come to Conservation first, <br /> Dorothy: The Conservation Commission is the last one in line. You should have <br /> your Building permit and your Board of Health permit. <br /> Mr. Jones: We went to the Board .Health, 1 wen over this a few months ago <br /> Frith <br /> Mrs. Anderson. At one of their meetings, they gave u variance to t yre <br /> the septic system closer to the road. <br /> .Joan Muse: Tells the Board that they left the hearing on July 8 with the impression <br /> that an Order of Conditions would be issued.. Mentions that a letter was received <br /> a couple of seeks later which was sent to Mr.. Warwick and a copy to Dr. Jones asking <br /> for further infor ation.
