Dr. Jones was also -present. Mike Jones: Asks the Board 'if they have written an Order of Conditions? Pauline: Tells 'fir. Jones that the Board plans to go over it tonight and take a vote. Mike Jones: States that they have Dresent,ed the changes and documents asked for two weeks ago. ells the oard that they are anxious to proceed. Mentions that seven weeks have elapsed since the hearing and. asks the Board if there isrob- lem with it, Tells the Board that the house is now 40 feet back. Before it was 32 feet back, however, they re-designed the house and mored it closer to the road. The essential thing is that the rouse is designed to sit on top of the existing contour.
