Hearing <br /> Bruce Fulton was present to represent the applicant. <br /> Pauline: read the Notice of Intent -- to build and maintain a dock, ramp and float <br /> at 'Lot 16 Tide Run along Jehu Pond in accordance with plans on file.' <br /> Bruce: Mentioned that -the. dock is .going across the cons ervat ion easement. It is a. <br /> piling dock which consists of a. beginning ramp from the base of the land. Asked. the <br /> Commission if the new by-law in the town starts the 45 fee-IG f rom the bank. <br /> t <br /> Pauline: Stated it was from the top ofthe bank*; <br /> Bruce: Asked if it started from where high water~ starts? <br /> Wayne: stated that he thought it was from -high water. <br /> ha.rjie: Commented if it. were otherwise, some of them would not reach water, <br /> Bruce: Mentioned -that t�ere was at least 40 feet of marsh in that area, <br /> Pauline t . Asked if the lot lines go cotpl.etely out beyond the marsh?. <br /> . <br /> Bruce: Stated that he thought there was a. 20 foot easement in that area, <br /> The specifications of the dock were reviewed, <br /> Wayne: Asked about what they use when they refer to treated Kimber on the plan? <br /> Bruce: Stated that he has been using Southern Yellow Fine, ntreated. <br /> Pauline* Asked if he knew how long they last in the water? <br /> Bruce: - Stated that he did not know how long they_14ere going. to last* <br /> Charlie'sMentioned that the overall length would be 72 feet. Ee asked Bruce how <br /> much of that would be in the water' <br /> Bruce: Stated that there would be 45 feet of dock in the water plus the ramp and <br /> the float, He asked the Board what they considered included in the overall length. � <br /> The town by-law was reviewed at this point. It was determined that the dock as <br /> presented was not in compliance with the zoning by-law, <br /> Bruce: Replied that, he would bring the outside edge of -the pier bask so that they <br /> would be in compliance with the zoning by-law. <br /> Compliance Rea ues ted <br /> Bruce Fulton requested that the houses and docks be looked at to see if they were i <br /> compliance with the .Order of Conditions issued for Lots 271 Taftrail, Lot 272 Taftrail, <br /> Lot 276A Taftrail and the dock on Lot 23 'fide Hun. <br /> Wayne and Charlie said that they would check- them out to see if they were ire c o fiance. <br />
