The dwell- <br /> ing on the lot a.s already been approved by the Board <br /> Pauline pointed out the the town has a. new zoning by-law in which the overall length <br /> of docks can be no longer than 45 feet. <br /> John Doyle told the Board that the plan had been designed quite a while a.go and since <br /> then it has come to their a.tt,ention that 45 feet is the maximum from mean 'low, <br /> Pauline asked that they re-submit a plan showing the corrected measurement. <br /> Charlie pointed out that the Commission could put it in the order of Conditions. <br /> John D r asked that it be put in the order of Conditions and stated that he would <br /> mar the plan .,c ord ingl,y and sign his name to '.t. <br /> The Board was in -agreement that he initial the plan and state that his intention-:. was <br /> -5 feet. <br /> John Doyle stated that he would call .it "45 feet maximum, sign his ,initials and date it", <br /> w±rayn ' q esti nned the creosote. tr'ea.ted piles which DEQE did not recommend,, He pointed o C. <br /> that on the plan it says: "treated timber". <br /> John Doyle stated that in the past they have submitted the plans that way and the Board <br /> in their order of conditions stipulates their 'recomi menda.tions, <br /> w{f n mentioned + a,t where they did not specify, DEQE is recdmimending that creosote not <br /> be used, <br /> Charlie asked- if the dock would be s i i a.r to the one on lot 3 T1de tun's <br /> John Do yle replied that it would be, <br /> Pauline asked if Mullin was the Owner of Record <br /> o le replied that the a.pp1 ica is rif rage s I�xa�r ��ul1in. <br /> Pauline . d' that they find out the exact name of the owner of record and contact the <br /> Conservation secretary as the rd r'.of Conditions has to be registered at the Registry <br /> of Deeds <br /> John Do replied that he would check and get back to the secretary. <br /> The following order of Conditions were drawn up and are to be held until the exact name <br /> 4 <br /> of the owner of record is received <br /> The work shall conform to the following described plans: Plan to Accompany petition of <br /> Albert E. Mullin to build and .maintain a. dock and ramp on Jehu Fond, Mashpee, I,1a.. <br /> Dated: April 19, 1982, Plans Drawn By: Doyle Associates, Falmouth, li a. <br /> The maximum- length in iia.ter shall be feet, includi g float and ramp to conform with <br /> the Town of Ma. pee by-law. <br />
