John Doyle told the Board that the plan had been designed quite a while a.go and since then it has come to their a.tt,ention that 45 feet is the maximum from mean 'low, Pauline asked that they re-submit a plan showing the corrected measurement. Charlie pointed out that the Commission could put it in the order of Conditions. John D r asked that it be put in the order of Conditions and stated that he would mar the plan .,c ord ingl,y and sign his name to '.t.
