Mr. UmIna. commented that the ditches are not natural- tributaries, ty., Reardon stated that 'they are wetlands. y Mrs _Umina stated that theplan_ a.s. ap roved in 1974 in which they showed'that- they. were doing to fill- certain parts of the wetlands. Atty. Reardon replied that the, Conservation. Commission indica.ted' to hia that they were not aware of the fact that he intended to fill the ditches by constructing the � practice fare;gay because it wasn't shown on Sheet 2 of, 2 with a, color code indicating � r,„1et1,,nd fill area., but it is shown on the color code as being a wetland. Mr. Umina asked if there was any. other way of building the practice area without f ill- ing those ditches?
