F <br /> conservation commission <br /> Minutes of Ctober .26, 1982 Page 9 <br /> Meetin with Maushop 11a a Trustee and Arlene Wilson, cont. <br /> Getting back to the first plan submitted on the grading, etc. , Dorothy <br /> asked who did the hiring of the contractor who did the work along the <br /> bluff Arlene explained that the contractor is being paid by the Mau. <br /> shop Village ,Association and was hired at the advise oft-Cape Cod Survey <br /> and BSE Engineering. Dorothy then asked who the contractor was Arlene <br /> said that it was Francisco Tavares. Dorothy asked if she were aware that <br /> Mr. Tavares hired a crane and sent the crane down over the bluff onto the <br /> beach. Arlene said that the machine on the beach was a Bobcat. March <br /> said that she had a roll of film showing Bonito' s crane down on the beach. <br /> Arlene said that to her knowledge the crane was not on the beach. Dorothy <br /> said that Bonito took it off the beach on Sunday after she called then. � <br /> March pointed out that it created another washout area down below cotta � <br /> g <br /> l -- down the side of the bluff. Arlene said that she would go down and <br /> take a look at it. She said that they were using the crane to support the <br /> workmen who were installing the netting and her understanding was that <br /> they still had the crane at the top of the bark and had a platform sus <br /> - <br /> pend.ed from a bucket. Dorothy said that she was down on the beach this <br /> afternoon and observed the track marks on the beach and how they ruined <br /> the bank. Arlene said than they will have it planted back up again. March <br /> asked that they put that in writing as they have caused another washout. <br /> speaking for the Trust es, Mr. DerMarderosian apologized. He said that <br /> Michael. LeBlanc has been watching the area, however, had been away on <br /> vacation.
