Charlie commented -that the reason DEQE might not have -que tionned the distance down the slope was because it is a gentle slope. Ir. BenwAy mentioned that there is -a pool on the adjacent lot, which used to ]belong to -the aduano' s. Dorothy asked where they plan to drain the pool Charlie commented that DEQE is sati led as .,long as the Commission stipu- lates that when they drain the pool ho .ld they need to drain it- com- pletely) t- com- le ely that hoses be run from the pool out to the low water mark, .Mr. Benway mentioned that they had .pier and that there were fine oyst rs in the .r e . Dorothy asked Mr, Benway if they were deleting the toilet and shower from theplan? Ivir. Benway 6ommented that .if the Commission wanted to say that it was Board of Health situation and a separate filing and once they get their permits , they would have to come to the Commission, they would be happy with the pool. Charlie commented that the orrm fission would say in their - order of Condi- tions that this is not to be construed as approval of- the toilet and hot tub until they core back to the Commission . with a plan. Mr, Benway pointed out that it was not a hot -tub, but round deck, t is just a permit for -the pool with the elimination o Yt e toilet and hot shower.
