They control it for- the benefit of the bogs. <br /> chairperson Studley ,comment ed that the town n grater rights both ends , <br /> further urthe � commented that something .c uld be worked out with the Natural <br /> Resource -Officer so that there would be some manner of control. <br /> ,nother concern of Mr. martires was the. access road;- <br /> :- Mine DeLory left the meeting to check- on the road. with the Assessor' s <br /> ' ice. Her findings were that the name of the road is ".Back road" accord- <br /> ng to the 1870 reap. ;she commented e that it could. be considered an ancient <br /> oad. Discussion was made on whether or not it was a town accented road. <br /> .r. ivMarti ?" was' asked to check wi the town c l <br /> tr. ma-.r-tiros commented about how ,the beach has been abused in the past, <br /> hairperson stu ley suggested that Mr. martiros advise -his group that i <br /> here are pr blerrs that they call the Police Department immediately and make <br /> complaint when it is happenings. <br /> r. Martiros commented that the Selectmen said that the area would be run by <br /> cofr1r i t-ee. <br /> hairperson Studley told. Mr. Martiros that the Commission las the sole re- <br /> ponsibility for running it and that they could, delegate a portion. <br /> r. mart_iros c rn ented that if all things were put in place t-o begin with, <br /> hen there wouldn' t be any problems. <br /> hairperson Studley commented that the Commission probably couldn' t do any- <br /> hing this -year.
