DeLory,, Charles Buckingham and Wayne Tavares ,, <br /> Acting Chairperson DeLory convened the meeting at 7 :30 p.m. Due to a lack <br /> of quorum , all business scheduled for tonight was postponed until the meet- <br /> ing of November 1 • <br /> The Commission received geodetic rapping from the Street Superintendent ,, <br /> which they viewed , The secretary was asked to send a letter of apprecia- <br /> tion to Ernie Virgilio , <br /> Mr . Doyle asked if he could speak briefly to the Board with regard to the <br /> hearing of George Mandalos . The members agreed to' listen to Mr.' Doyle , but <br /> pointed out that they could not act on any business as there was not a quoriiff <br /> Mr. Doyle explained that Mr. Mandalos had a house designed in 1980 which was <br /> approved by the Commission; however, the time lapsed on the order of condi- <br /> tions . He said that the design of the house has now been changed pointing <br /> out that the pool is in a di <br />
