They stated that they were not in favor of the pro. <br /> os plan. Mr. Lawrence sal that they purchased 'unit 675/23, condo C <br /> ' t n h masterplane , a said <br /> last summer and the proposed units were no <br /> that he was concerned about construction which may bring about the con. <br /> stru t ion of a seawall. He said that he is going to get .crowded. e; <br /> toot talked about a prominade which was to be wilt. <br /> The commission determined that the area was sub*e t to the Wetlands Act, <br /> therefore, required that a Notice of Intent be filed. <br /> Mr. McAskill was asked to pay $13 for the advertising. He asked that <br /> New Seaburr be billed. - <br /> ��_ <br /> DDH eal � 57 Keel Wa <br /> Richard Dubin was present on a request to construct a single-family dwell- <br /> ing on existing foundation located at 57 Keel Way. He explained that the <br /> foundation was built by the former owner and was never completed. The <br /> order of conditions for the project has since ran out. As the Commission <br /> reviewed the project with Mr. Warwick at their hearing of November 30 on <br /> a Determination filing, no further questions were asked. Hearing closed. <br /> The following orders of conditions were issued: work must conform to plans <br /> submitted to Conservation commission dated i Nov. 15 drawn by Warwick <br /> Wilkie. The septic system 'must be in accordance with Title V of the State <br /> Environmental' Code and the 'down of Mashpee Board of Health Rules and Regu- <br /> lations. <br /> egu- <br /> 1 tions. A <br /> letter dated December 13 from the Bdoof Health was reviewed which granted <br /> waiver to the septic. Mr. Elovitz, who was also present, stated that <br /> there would be a► walk out cellar which was at elevation 16 feet, He said <br /> that the patio would be unfinished. Where is a 2 foot drop for the pool <br /> area. <br /> Chairperson Studley mentioned that there would be a defy in issuing an <br /> order since no number has been issued from DEQEO <br /> Continuance of eor a Mandalos, 260 Cross r e - SE43-.309 <br /> Mr. Doyle requested another continuance of the George Mandalos Hearing <br /> as he has not received information Brom the architectural review board, <br /> Pauline moved to continue the hearing until January 4. 1984.
