CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> i <br /> HASHPEE TOWN HALL <br /> APRIL 11 , 1984 <br /> The following members of the Mashpee Conservation Commission were <br /> present for tonight ' s meeting: Charles Buckingham , Wayne Tavares , larch <br /> Dardano and B. Jean Thomas .. and Stuart Peoples . <br /> The secretary called the meeting to order at 7: 35 p.m. <br /> Request for Compliances <br /> Anthony Ferragamo appeared before the Ccmmission to request that his <br /> property on Lot 4 River Road be viewed so that a Certificate of Compliance <br /> could be issued on the walkway. Charles Buckingham said that he would <br /> make the on-site inspection . <br /> Mr . Ferragama indicated that e had ordered fifteen rogosa rose t be <br /> planted. He said that some pine trees have died and that he would like to <br /> clean up the area , <br /> The Commission also reviewed a request from B.C. D. Realty Trust for a <br /> compliance for Lot 2 Tide Run stating that they had removed bush debris as <br /> the Commission had requested. Charles Buckingham said that he would make <br /> .te on--sine inspection for this property as well . <br /> Tom Deplane., Quashnet Val-ley <br /> Mr. Tom DeVane of Quashnet Valley appeared before the Commission with an <br /> amended plan of the Quashnet Golf Course and with a copy cf the Army Corps <br /> permit and the DEQE permit . He mentioned that the filling had been re- <br /> duced from 15 acres to 4 acres and that an EIR was not necessary. segments <br /> of the superseding Order of Conditions were reviewed with the Board as well <br /> as the revised plan . Nr . DeVane requested a letter from the Commission <br /> stating that they reviewed the revised plans of the project and feel i <br /> w*11. be less costly to the environment . Charlie Buckingham said that he <br /> would sign a letter saying that the plan was seen by. the Commission and <br /> that it locked as though everything would be obeyed as required in the <br /> conditions given . No further action was taken by the Commission . <br /> Determination Hearing <br /> Stephen VanTol. of Cape Ccd Landscapes appeared before the Commission (with <br /> B. Jean Thomas stepping down because of Mr . VanTol. ' s relation to her ) . <br /> This was a hearing on a determination request for New seabury Marina to <br /> limit access to the parking 'area and to separate from the landi <br />
