Where was concern about water run-off <br /> The hearing was taken under advisement by the Commission. <br /> Meeting ith Gene Narr of C ►nb_ r,-Bog_Committee <br /> Mr. l arr said that he wanted to discuss any desires or guidelines of the <br /> Conservation Commission. He said that he was concerned about the stipula- <br /> tions by the State as to the use of the lard and that he wanted to satisfy <br /> the requirements. <br /> Mr. Narr said that articles will be presented fo the special town meeting in <br /> order to get the plan in operation. They will be removing the ,urge build- <br /> ing, getting a gate and a smaller building and asking for two lifeguards and <br /> possibly a gate attendent. The small building will consist of male and fe- <br /> male facilities and a refreshment stand, <br /> Jean said that the state would be cooperative with intentions and plans a <br /> long as the end result meets the town' s obligation. <br /> Discussion was made on the facilities; i.e. , privys , porta-johns. Charlie <br /> rade reference to the law <br /> Further discussion continued on fees for town residents and fees for state <br /> residents, <br /> mom___OEM a. <br /> Request for Compliance James Haggett <br /> In a memo dated December 28 Mr. Haggett requests that a compliance be is- <br /> sued for his property located at lot 8 Godfrey Road. The secretary will <br /> notify Dorothy of Mr. Haggett' s request. <br /> Re mati n for Lana Application of Sludge a and Se to e <br /> In a letter from the Division of Hazardous Waste, the Commission is notified <br /> that regulation for land application of sl.udgeand septage is now in effect. <br /> The secretary was asked to send away for a copy of the regulation. <br />
