Bob proposed amending the article to <br /> read, "two additional handicapped accessible its of low income housing;"however, <br /> the proposed amendment was ruled out of order. <br /> Bob updated the-committee on the Zoning Board of Appeals hearing on the Mashpee <br /> Commons Chapter 40B project. we have been trying to male the board members and <br /> Mashpee Commons officials more aware of and sensitive to the need for more accessible <br /> housing and need for maximum number of"visitable"hones. The Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals asked for any written material on accessibility and visitability for their review <br /> prior to the next hearing. Some board members also encouraged our committee to <br /> continue to male the case at future hearings, <br /> Committee members were asked to consider any possible warrant items for the October <br /> Town Meeting.
