ORDERS OF CONDITIONS ( cont . ) March 13, 1986 <br /> Waterline Realty Trust #151 Waterline Drive ( cont. ) <br /> 5. All work is to be done by hand and only during the non-growing <br /> season which is November to April . <br /> 6. There shall be one-inch spacing between the planks to allow <br /> sunlight through to vegetation. <br /> 7. Construction shall be completed as quickly as possible to mini- <br /> mize the amount of turbidity and sedimentation. Eel grass beds <br /> should be avoided during construction. Non-leaching wood <br /> preservatives must be used for all wood materials . <br /> 8. A siltation screen must be in place and kept in place during <br /> construction. <br /> 9. Shellfish disturbed or displaced or destroyed shall be replaced <br /> and replenished upon completion of construction. <br /> Peter Bilodeau #11 Ockway Bay Road <br /> 1. The driveway must be slanted for drainage purposes away from <br /> the kettle hole. <br /> 2. There shall be catch basins on the downhill side of the drive- <br /> way for drainage purposes . <br /> 3. Dry wells shall be installed under the gutters . <br /> 4. There shall be no additional grading onthe kettle hole . <br /> 5 • A double row of staked hay bales shall be placed on the 24' <br /> re-graded contour around the kettle hole . <br /> 6 . A double row of staked hay bales shall be placed on the 26' <br /> existing contour in the proximity of the house . <br /> 7 . There shall be no grading in the flood hazard zone . <br /> 8 . There shall be no clearing downhill of the staked hay bales <br /> shown on the plan in the kettle hole area. <br /> 9 . Gutters on the house are to drain into dry wells on the side <br /> of the house away from the marsh. <br /> 10 . No mechanized equipment is to be used beyond the staked hay <br /> bales as shown on the plan. <br />
