All work is to be done by hand and only during the non-growing season which is November to April . 6. There shall be one-inch spacing between the planks to allow sunlight through to vegetation. 7. Construction shall be completed as quickly as possible to mini- mize the amount of turbidity and sedimentation. Eel grass beds should be avoided during construction. Non-leaching wood preservatives must be used for all wood materials . 8. A siltation screen must be in place and kept in place during construction. 9. Shellfish disturbed or displaced or destroyed shall be replaced and replenished upon completion of construction. Peter Bilodeau #11 Ockway Bay Road 1. The driveway must be slanted for drainage purposes away from the kettle hole. 2. There shall be catch basins on the downhill side of the drive- way for drainage purposes . 3. Dry wells shall be installed under the gutters . 4. There shall be no additional grading onthe kettle hole . 5 • A double row of staked hay bales shall be placed on the 24' re-graded contour around the kettle hole . 6 . A double row of staked hay bales shall be placed on the 26' existing contour in the proximity of the house . 7 . There shall be no grading in the flood hazard zone . 8 . There shall be no clearing downhill of the staked hay bales shown on the plan in the kettle hole area. 9 . Gutters on the house are to drain into dry wells on the side of the house away from the marsh. 10 . No mechanized equipment is to be used beyond the staked hay bales as shown on the plan.
