There shall be no clearing downhill of the staked hay bales <br /> shown on the plan in the kettle hole area. <br /> 9 . Gutters on the house are to drain into dry wells on the side <br /> of the house away from the marsh. <br /> 10 . No mechanized equipment is to be used beyond the staked hay <br /> bales as shown on the plan. <br />
