There are brick walkways already installed.
Mr. Abramson referred to -the original order of conditions which
stated in condition #6 that there will be no grass , per se . He
stated this evening that on the revised plan, some grass is shown
for several reasons , i.e .aesthetic reasons , there is already a
10' strip of grass along the roadway, there is a definite water-
shed which is a dividing line right in the center of the property
where one area grades down toward the marsh and the other one
grades toward the street
Mr. Rosenberg moved that special condition #6 be modified to permit
the lawn on the road side of the house as shown on the plan. The
motion was sedonded and unanimously carried.
As there were no further questions , comments or discussion, the
Chairman declared the hearing closed and stated that the matter
would be taken under advisement .
As there was no further business to come before the Commissioners ,
the Chairman declar6d the meeting adjourned after appropriate motion.
Submitted,
Judith Foote-Walsh,
Secretary
