Flynn Engineers - Agent)- Richard Keller, re-ares ent a.t ive for the Agent, presented plans for this informal presentation of a. proposed planned retirement comm- unity on a 264 acre site at Route 151 , John' s Pond , Cattaquin Fond and Algonquin Street, Ater presentation, discussion, comment and questions/answer, the Chairman noted that the project will require the filing of seve .ral Notices of Intent once the project is slated to be brought to construction. Several phases of construction will require such. Each will be conditioned by ars Order of Conditions with special conditions specifically geared to that phase . A golf course is planned. There will be a sewage treatment ent fa.cility. A portion of this site in the John' s Ponce area will be donated to the Town. Ms . Behrman is an abutter to this property and stepped down for the duration of the informal hearing.
