Flynn Engineers - Agent)- <br /> Richard Keller, re-ares ent a.t ive for the Agent, presented plans for <br /> this informal presentation of a. proposed planned retirement comm- <br /> unity on a 264 acre site at Route 151 , John' s Pond , Cattaquin Fond <br /> and Algonquin Street, <br /> Ater presentation, discussion, comment and questions/answer, <br /> the Chairman noted that the project will require the filing of <br /> seve .ral Notices of Intent once the project is slated to be brought <br /> to construction. Several phases of construction will require such. <br /> Each will be conditioned by ars Order of Conditions with special <br /> conditions specifically geared to that phase . <br /> A golf course is planned. There will be a sewage treatment ent fa.cility. <br /> A portion of this site in the John' s Ponce area will be donated to <br /> the Town. <br /> Ms . Behrman is an abutter to this property and stepped down for <br /> the duration of the informal hearing. <br />
