There being no further questions , comments or discussion, the Chair- man declared the hearing - closed and stated' tha.t the proposal would be taken under advisement , C art ai Development Corp. He said that there will be staked hay bales and a 'siltation screen. There is a question from DEQE about the proposed septic system. Mr, Bergman described the flow of drainage and siltation explaining that Oiltation would not be flowing into the wetlands . lir. Bergman said that after talking with a. representative of DEE, his thoughts with regard to the slope "break-out" did not correspond with. Bergman's double-checked figures . Bergman feels that it meets the slope break-out criteria.. However, if the Board of Health that is not the case , it will be remedied by setting the top of the leaching Pit at a slightly increased depth to comply. The Chairman called for further questions , comments , discussion. There- were none . The hearing was declared closed and the proposal will be taken under' advisement.
