Ms . duPont pointed out that the brick <br /> terrace would not be allowed to extend onto the coastal bank. <br /> Mr. Van Toll said that that space was a part of the original footprint. <br /> Ms . duPont ralliterated that nothing can extend onto the coastal. bank. <br /> . Behrman questioned the roof water and drywe ll situation* She <br /> said that the Commission would probably ;grant those on the side away <br /> from the bank rather than any on the bank side . <br /> There ;were several questions regarding this proposal that could n t <br /> be answered satisfactorily at this hearing.
