Leo Hallett Arrow Engineering Inc . - Agent <br /> to construct a fixed pier across a marsh to a ramp and Float for <br /> mooring on Hamblin Pond, . a tidal pond at Lot #37 Monomoscoy Road . <br /> West. <br /> Robert Raymond represented Mro Hallett. He presented plans for the <br /> project. <br /> As Mr. Raymond had not filed the application with the Board of <br /> Appeals , the he'arong is continued to May 22, 1986 <br /> New Seabur _Corporation (Cape Cod Landscapes , Inc . - Agent ) <br /> This application is for landscape construction inclusive of patio <br /> and fence at Cottage #631 Maushop Village , New seabur . <br /> Steve plan Toil agent presented plans , Mr. Vary Toll did not have the <br /> over-ail plans with him. Ms . Behrman requested information about <br /> set-backs from the bank. Ms . duPont pointed out that the brick <br /> terrace would not be allowed to extend onto the coastal bank. <br /> Mr. Van Toll said that that space was a part of the original footprint. <br /> Ms . duPont ralliterated that nothing can extend onto the coastal. bank. <br /> . Behrman questioned the roof water and drywe ll situation* She <br /> said that the Commission would probably ;grant those on the side away <br /> from the bank rather than any on the bank side . <br /> There ;were several questions regarding this proposal that could n t <br /> be answered satisfactorily at this hearing. Ms . Behrman moved that <br /> the hearing be continued to such a time as a revised landscaping plan <br /> and a plan showing appropriate setbacks is submitted, The motion was <br /> seconded and unanimously ca vied f <br /> Continued tO May 22 , 1986 <br /> i <br />
