The Commission had requested in that letter that accurate information be forth- coming to the Commission. The plans from that filing, s 3-,3i3, were examined. It appears that a portion of the deck and stairs were not included in that filing. It was the c n en us of the members present that it will be necessary for Mr. Harary to submit an accurate Notice of Intent and having accurate supporting documents . Joseph and Rosemary Burns. (Braman 'Erigineering Company AgeAt) This application is to construct a 41 x 8" platform leading to a ' x 96' pier with an attached 3' x iC' . gangway leadin to a 6' x 10' float anchored by two 12" diameter piles at Barbary Circle. Robert Braman, agent, presented lans that have been mo'difi ed since the original plans for this application were submitted. Plans in- spected this evening are modified plans,,, The application has been filed with the Board of Appeals, Proposed stairs are indicated on the plans (which were amended this evening) : .they are not on the application. One oak tree will have to be re- moved, Meaux low water mark is ' based, on a survey on a U,,S . .s. monument which is placed at mean sea water. Monument was located off of Great Neck Road. Location of various docks in the area was discussed. others seem to be shorter than the one proposed in' this application. He said, "Based on mean low water, we 're only out to approximately one Foot of water. A Float will float in maybe a half of a foot. We could back that up maybe ybe eight to ten feet, s o Behrman expressed concern about the shellfish in the area. Vernon Thomas of the Shellfish Commission said that they had not received plans at this time. Ms . duPont suggested that the Shellfish Commission could get copies of the plans and make their recommendations while the matter is being taken under advisement. Ms . ehrman emphatically reiterrated that the Commission does require jacent lots be- shown on plans submitted The Chairman called for further cru e s t l ons , comments r discussion. As there. were none , she declared the hearing closed and stated that the proposal would be taken under advisements.
