Raymond said that the Board of Appeals has approved this <br /> a.ppli c ata on. <br /> As there were no further questions , comments or discussion, the <br /> Chairman declared the hearing closed and stated that the matter <br /> would be taken under advisement, <br /> Robert L. and -Barbara,.Buionato - Arrow Engineering Ino. Agent <br /> This application is to construct and maintain a mooring facility <br /> consisting of a fixed pier, ramps and six 6' x 81 floats at Lot <br /> #44 Pppnesset Island Road. Continued from May I, 196. <br /> Robert RaYmond presented the plans. The project is to install a <br /> float to accommodate a vessele The proposed float was re-located <br /> to the northerly side of the property rather than the southerly <br /> side. The shellfish Commission's request to make a T float is <br /> incorporated. <br /> Piles will he driven rather than jetted. The Board of Appeals <br /> has approved this applicatione <br /> As there were no further questions , comments or discussion, the <br /> Chairman declared the hearing closed and stated that the natter <br /> will be taken under advisement. <br /> Cass Costa Cape & Islands Surveying Co. , Inc* Agent <br /> This application is to construct a single-family 'res3.dence and <br /> septic system at Lot #1031 Rock Landing Road, <br /> David Sanicki, representative of the Agent, presented plans . <br /> 25' duffer area from the edge of the marsh to the wet area all <br /> the way back is proposed. A row of staked hay bales will be <br /> placed along that 25' line. That will also be the limit of work <br /> of upland construction. Thirteen dry wells are shown on theplan. <br /> The application has been filed with the BOard of Health. The <br /> house is 23' from the edge of the work limit, <br /> Ms . Behrman suggested directing the water* to the roadside of the <br /> house and eliminate the dry wells on the Bay side. <br />
