There was quite bit of questioning and discussion <br /> regarding the easement and its ownership. Ms . Donovan further contends that Mr. Warwick himself stated that <br /> allowance . Chairman Studley stated that Mr. Nocera allowed ars ease- <br /> ment* <br /> ase- <br /> ent• but he did not allow the shell road and that the shelf. road <br /> wasu iwithout permission and that there was issued a cease and <br /> desist order. After much discussion, it was agreed that the shell <br /> road had been putn in April. <br /> . Donovan asked to speak again and was recognized by the Chairman. <br /> She stated that she warted to be "on record" s speaking against the <br /> proposed constructions <br /> rdr. Warwick stated that there is no Notice of latent tonight to <br /> "touch" the bank. <br /> At this time of the hearing, a lot of general discussion ensued . <br /> Chairman Studley called the hearing to order and asked for specific <br /> questions aid/or comments* <br /> Ms .
