Mashpee Conservation Commission Page Three <br /> Meeting of August 16, 1984 <br /> Studley continued, "'And yet you say that they are going to slope <br /> this back so that it will be graded away from the bank and the <br /> building is shovm at the 32' contour and the bank is shown at the <br /> 3o' contour." <br /> Chairman Studley stated that the Commission will require a. new; plan <br /> showing the proper location of this building and these others in line . <br /> Mr. Larders-Cauley said, "That is the proper location. It is the <br /> other buildings that are in question. I don' t thin. I have to attest <br /> to the location o otherbuildings ." e said, 11aVle are conta truc .ng <br /> these toouildings and we are not constructing the other buildings . " <br /> Chairman Studley repeated that an appropriate and accurate plan would <br /> have to be submitted. <br /> Mr. Nahigian, indicating on the map, said, "The master pla.n shows <br /> a. road coming between my cottage , the edge of which is to 1 from the <br /> revetment, which would actually touch my house and touch the edge of <br /> the bank. There will be parking beside my house within about 55' to <br /> 6o' within the edge of the bluff. That' s all going to cave in* " <br /> Mr. Landers-Ca.uley said that he did not know if that were correct . <br /> He said that the plan 'is an abstract plan of the over-all concept o <br /> the development . The decision will be made on <br /> com rehens ive plan, <br /> .The ratter was contiued to September 6, 1984. <br />
