t <br /> s <br /> TOt Town Counsel <br /> FROM: Conservation C m iori <br /> ATE September 5, 1984 <br /> R : By-laws on docks referen e to attached memo) <br /> The Conservation Comnis ori discussed the existing oning <br /> bylaw and concurs with its ambiguity. <br /> The Conservation Commission voted to propose a by-law subject <br /> to the approval of Town Counsel to be inserted in the Special <br /> i <br /> Town Meeting to be held December 3. 1984 limiting docks to 45t . <br /> ARTICLE a Request Town of Maspee to vote to amend Article 4. <br /> Rules and Regulations Regardin Wetlands by adding a new sub- <br /> section, 4.3,1 as follows : <br /> ; <br /> "Fixed or floating piers , wharfs or <br /> docks , both seasonal and year-round, <br /> shall not exceed 451 in over-all length <br /> from mean low water subject to the <br /> securing of all necessary permits from <br /> the Town, State and Federal government <br /> units having jurisdiction over inland <br /> and/or coastal waterways and wetlands ." <br /> This will mean a revision of the existing ori ing by-law, <br /> copy: Board of Selectmen <br /> Building Inspector <br /> s i <br />
