March Dardano specified that the "e er enoy part's should be in writing. Krs . Studley assured her that it would , Chairman Studley suggested to Ms . Petersen, "If you have access o the fill t get it over to this area. and get your hay bales inhere ( indicatlong) ,s 'l Ms , Petersen said , "As t the bottom of the bluff, .is there someone we can get in contact with tomorrow?" Chairman Studley Said that there is verbal "go-ahead" with the emergency procedure , Ms . Petersen said , "If you were to allo��i fill at the base of the bluff. we would be taking it over the weekend and I' d have to set it up before the end of the weekend .
