The proposed pier and float <br /> to extend 25t seaward of mean low water. <br /> The following special conditions were made a part of the order of <br /> Conditions issued s <br /> 19, Before work be ins, the Conservation Commission shall be provided <br /> with a report from the shellfish Constable to determine the extent of <br /> shellfish in the area. <br /> 2. No construction shall begin until the removing and replanting of <br /> the shellfish has commenced e <br /> 3. shellfish shall be removed only from the area directly impacted <br /> y the constructions i <br /> 4. The adjacent land shall not be compacted and shad not be altered <br /> n relief or elevation. <br /> 5e All pilings shall be placed by hand. <br /> 6. No mechanized equipment shall be allowed on the marsh at any time. <br /> 7. New grass sets of comparable size shall be planted immediately at <br /> the completion of the project. <br /> S. The grass is to be maintained regularly until well-established. <br /> 9.
