MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION Meeting of September 25, 1986 Commissioners: V. Louise Behr an, Stephen VanTol , Mary Marsters, Carol Present Jacobson and Elliot Rosenberg . Also present were John Va rkonda and Gerald Sprout. Absent: March du Pont and Gertrude Ferriday. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of September 4, 1986 as written. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes f September 1.1 , 1986 as amended.* �'The request for Determination for Hyman Me r l i ss was negative pending a letter from Mr. Mer l i s s regarding the placement of the spoils . Ms Beh rma n advised the Home Rule Petition will be acted upon some time this winter. The September 18 minutes of the Ma hpee River Part Management Committee were distributed. 1 so distributed was the commentary from Sally Newbury. It was noted the informational hearing to discuss the By-law will be held on Tuesday, September 30 at 7: 30 p.m. i n the Cafeteria at Town Hall . Meeting was called to order at p.m. Rich Realty: Lot 15 & 16 dames Circle. Continued hearing . Raymond and Diana Pontieri presenting . Carol Jacobson stated the lot is staked and her concerns are that the house is very large for the lot and the drop-off is very dramatic. Question was raised re the retaining wall . There was discussion of -discrepancies in the contours . Mrs . Pontieri requested permission to go to her home to get landscaping plans which show the proposed retaining walls. M r.
