MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Meeting of September 25, 1986 <br /> Commissioners: V. Louise Behr an, Stephen VanTol , Mary Marsters, Carol <br /> Present Jacobson and Elliot Rosenberg . <br /> Also present were John Va rkonda and Gerald Sprout. <br /> Absent: March du Pont and Gertrude Ferriday. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of September 4, 1986 <br /> as written. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes f September 1.1 , 1986 <br /> as amended.* <br /> �'The request for Determination for Hyman Me r l i ss was negative pending a letter <br /> from Mr. Mer l i s s regarding the placement of the spoils . <br /> Ms Beh rma n advised the Home Rule Petition will be acted upon some time this <br /> winter. <br /> The September 18 minutes of the Ma hpee River Part Management Committee were <br /> distributed. 1 so distributed was the commentary from Sally Newbury. <br /> It was noted the informational hearing to discuss the By-law will be held on <br /> Tuesday, September 30 at 7: 30 p.m. i n the Cafeteria at Town Hall . <br /> Meeting was called to order at p.m. <br /> Rich Realty: Lot 15 & 16 dames Circle. Continued hearing . Raymond and Diana <br /> Pontieri presenting . <br /> Carol Jacobson stated the lot is staked and her concerns are that the house is <br /> very large for the lot and the drop-off is very dramatic. Question was raised <br /> re the retaining wall . <br /> There was discussion of -discrepancies in the contours . Mrs . Pontieri requested <br /> permission to go to her home to get landscaping plans which show the proposed <br /> retaining walls. <br /> M r.
