There is an existing order of conditions on the house which has expired and, a Certificate of Compliance was never requested . The house is as filled on the orig- inal notice of intent. D.r. Allen was advised in a letter from the Commission dated May 19, 1986 that a new filing was required. Mr. Bu rgman was advised a Certificate of Compliance cannot be issued of ter expiration of the order. The f i 1 i ng will have to be amended to include the house.
