Allen (Holmes & McGrath Robert Burg an presenting , A request <br /> to construct a raised deck around the perimeter of the house, extension of gravel <br /> driveway to the boathouse, grading, and placement of two rip-rap retaining walls <br /> on the north-westerly side of the dwelling , rehabilitation of the boat house. <br /> It was noted the request to rehabilitate the boat house was omitted on the notice <br /> of intent. <br /> There is an existing order of conditions on the house which has expired and, a <br /> Certificate of Compliance was never requested . The house is as filled on the orig- <br /> inal notice of intent. D.r. Allen was advised in a letter from the Commission <br /> dated May 19, 1986 that a new filing was required. Mr. Bu rgman was advised a <br /> Certificate of Compliance cannot be issued of ter expiration of the order. <br /> The f i 1 i ng will have to be amended to include the house. There is a violation of <br /> the order under which the house was built as the order of Conditions has expired <br /> without o Certificate of Compliance being issued . <br /> CONTINUED INDEFINITELY AWA I i I NREFILING. <br /> Lot #15, 16 James Circle - Conti raged. rcm 7:30 p.m. Landscaping plans were <br /> presented and Mr. Mrs . Pon t i er i stated this is what they want to do. It was <br /> pointed out to them that this does not agree with the plans presented to i EE <br /> and the Gonserva t i on Commission. <br /> Quer L i cn was ra i sed whether the contours are as they are now, or wi l 1 be with <br /> final grading . I t was noted an asphalt driveway is shown on the landscaping. <br /> plans and at the previous hearing it was stated to be crushed stone. <br /> Ms Bele rma n stated the TOPo should he redone with the actual proposal . The land- <br /> scaping plan has to be part of the package presented to DEQE. <br /> Erosion Control Seed Mix as proposed was questioned . It was noted clearing is <br /> shown at 32 feet from the edge of the pond which is way below the word. 1 ire i t. <br /> Mr. & Mrs .
