Mr . VanTol stated he would not sit on the <br /> evenings hearings and would awa l t further study of this letter. <br /> Gerald Sprout requested a copy of the Wetlands Act . He advised of a problem <br /> gaining entry to Town Hall for the Mashpee River Subcommittee on Thursday <br /> evenings if the Conservation Commission is not meeting. The representatives for Pine Hill requested an informational hearing <br /> and Mary Mars ers sat as Chairperson. Richard Fitzgerald advised the commission <br /> plans were submitted to the Planning Board on October l which are being reviewed <br /> by Charles Rowley for layout of roads and s torm' d ra i ns prior to the net meeting <br /> with the Planning Board on November 5. The Board of .Appeals has approved the <br /> plans and approval of a Special Permit does not require Planning Board approval . <br /> This filing , Phase I is for the roads and storm drains . <br /> When n r i g i na 1 1 filed, concern was expressed a t the corer sheet on the Notice <br /> of Intent. This has been changed to clarify the project descriptions.
