to HPEE CONSERVATION CO I I O Meeting of October 9, 1986 PRESENT: V. Louise Behrman, Carol Jacobson, March du Pont, Mary Marsters, Stephen VanTol . Also present was John Varkonda . ABSENT:T: Gertrude Ferriday and Elliot Rosenberg. There was discussion of the letter from Town Counsel regarding Stephen VanTol and puss i bl e confI i t of interest. Mr . VanTol stated he would not sit on the evenings hearings and would awa l t further study of this letter. Gerald Sprout requested a copy of the Wetlands Act . He advised of a problem gaining entry to Town Hall for the Mashpee River Subcommittee on Thursday evenings if the Conservation Commission is not meeting. He advised the plan was redone and enlarged in scale', The garage and breezeway were added which were not on the former plans . Mr. Mitchell agreed to provide a plan of the elevated a 1 kway which will be forwarded by mail for approval , HEARING LOSED ' - Order of Conditions wi 1 l be issued within 21 days pending receipt of the engineering specs for the walkway. 7: 45 Pine Hill Estates: - s Behr man stood down as an abutter leaving no quorum Present. The representatives for Pine Hill requested an informational hearing and Mary Mars ers sat as Chairperson. Richard Fitzgerald advised the commission plans were submitted to the Planning Board on October l which are being reviewed by Charles Rowley for layout of roads and s torm' d ra i ns prior to the net meeting with the Planning Board on November 5. The Board of .Appeals has approved the plans and approval of a Special Permit does not require Planning Board approval . This filing , Phase I is for the roads and storm drains . When n r i g i na 1 1 filed, concern was expressed a t the corer sheet on the Notice of Intent. This has been changed to clarify the project descriptions.
