There are - trees on the lot 4 inches and greater in diameter at chest height. The ones to b left i 1 1 be the best trees. Some dogwood trees are to be pruned. The bank will be stable. 1n his opinion, the proposed cutting of the 21 trees is sound management but no herbicides should be allowed to be used on the stumps .
