S eve ra l <br /> matters currently before the Board were discussed including the <br /> recent p li ption of New Seabury Corporqtion for beachourish - <br /> ment pro,'ect . These ra tters were discu"sed at some length. <br /> Meadow Knven RelLyTrust which will be developing lend previously <br /> owned y the Bare. School was present by repieseruption of Jinn Conor y <br /> who stilted that Me dow Haven Realty Trust is desirous of present Ing <br /> en-s a gift to the Conservation of lard in M shpee Parcel #16 as shown <br /> on plans presented by Mr. Conway. Parcel #16 is approximately six <br /> acres of land . <br /> Ir. Conway said that this site is basically a low-lying area which <br /> was set aside by the developers for a "green" 2rea and to enhance <br /> abutting property lots . It is accessible only by way of a 10' access <br /> way or what will be a walkway. There are no provisions for road <br /> acce.s,s . It w.ns agreed that the area is an over-grown bag or swamp . <br /> According to Mr. Conway and in answer to Mrs ,, ham s ' question, there <br /> is n adv? tP a or benefit to Meadow Haven Realty Trust to turn this <br /> pprcel over to Conservation. <br /> There was some discussion about ►dventeges Pnd disadvantages of <br /> accepting the p rcel #16. It was agreed that the Board would dis- <br /> cuss the matter further before coming to a conclusive decision. <br /> George e - Continuance of hearing of 1/10/85) Engin- <br /> eering, Inc . is agent for the applicant . <br /> This application is to construct a single-family dwelling and under- <br /> ground utilities within the wetland buffer zone at Overland Road <br /> Hamlin' s Pond <br /> Representative for the agent stated that the location of the house <br /> has been turned around as it was previously tooclose to the water . <br /> It will require a variance , <br />
