Burns requested an Extension Permit for ware to be done a <br /> Barbary Circle . An Order of Conditions was previously issued on <br /> November 17, 1982 under File No.. S -261 . Since it has been two <br /> years since the Order of Conditions has expired, a, completely- new <br /> f i1i.rig will be necessary, <br /> Mr. Burns stated that although modified pians have not been drawn <br /> up showing the relocation of the garage as stipulated in the Order of <br /> Conditions , this special condition to the original Order of Conditions <br /> will be -noted on the new filing. <br /> After approval by the Board, the new Order of Conditions will be issued <br /> for a, period of three years . <br /> John Malloy: The hearing scheduled for this applicant for the con- <br /> struction of a wooden walkway, dock and float , not to extend 5' from <br /> mean Tow water at Lot #166 whipporwill Circle for tonight' s meeting <br /> is continued to February 28 , 1985 due to lack of quorum. Agent for <br /> the applicant , Cape & Islands surveying Co . were present and were then <br /> notified of such continuance . <br /> Ha= P. Fe Chairman Studley stated that Dr. a d .yrs . Fe Iger have <br /> submitted a. letter to the Co amis ion dated January 27, 1985 10n' which <br /> they request a, hearing for a. new proposal for a. pier and dock to be <br /> located at Lot #18, Tide Run. The original proposal, under File No . <br /> s 3-338 was denied on May 9t 1984 primarily because of the proposed <br /> length of the intended pier and dock . The property is located on Jehu <br /> Pond . <br /> Dr. and Mrs . Felger will be instructed that it is necessary to make <br /> a completely new filing for submission and approval. A copy of Dr. and <br /> Mrs . Felger' s letter will be forwarded to the Board of Appeals for their <br /> information along with a copy of the latter of the Commission instructing <br /> thea of further necessary procedures . <br />
