MASHFEE CONSERVATION MMISSION Meeting of March 28 , 1985 Present at this meeting were ; March Dardano , ViceChairman* Pauline DeLor ; Gertrude W . Simmons , Be Jean Thomas was present as an e --officio member* as was Louise Behran. Douglas Boyd was present as advisor. Vice Chairman, March Dardano, called the meeting to order at 7:45 P,M9 As there was no quorum, the hearing scheduled for Sidney and ion c vitch for a Determination of Applicability was continued -to April 11 , 1985 . Agent for the Applicants presented site plans to be perused by members of the Commission and to be included in the file . File No. is s -328 . The hearing scheduled for the SaIltuit Woods Subd ivis i !s Request for Detevmination of APPlicability was continued to April 11, 1985 because of a lack of quorum, Persons present at tonight's meeting were rade aware of the re-scheduling . An on-site inspection will be made prior to April 11, 1985 . Barbara Dubin - to construct and maintain a three-bedroom dwelling, garage , porch and deck within 100 ' of a salt marsh contiguous with Great River. Selective clearing permission is also requested . An Order of Conditions was written and will be issued with special conditions specifying that there will be no pruning to the edge of the marsh. Also , staked hay bales will be placed as indicated .on plans submitted for approval , Robert L cene was present and informally discussed his two pro jc � which were acteduponby the Commission on March 14, 1985. After d i cus i n, an order of Conditions which was previously issued, was amended as follows . 1. The deck must be re-worked. Eight feet is the maximum that will be allowed.
