Simmons , Bayne Tavares and Elliot Rosenberg. <br /> Douglas Boyd was present in ars advisory capacity. <br /> santuit Woods sub-division: Barbara. Greenberg and Alex Dtami were <br /> present as representatives for Sa.ntuit Woods , <br /> Chairman Studley explained a8 !review of the matter that the Commission <br /> is now acting on a Request for Determination of Applicability of <br /> Santuit Woods for the third phase of construction. Plans have been <br /> submitted and reviewed in detail prior to this meeting. Plans - were <br /> presented again for review at this meeting. This is a revised plan. <br /> The primary concern of the Conservation Commission is the parking lot <br /> proposed for the sub-division which appears to encroach on santuit <br /> Pore and may be of concern to and under the jurisdiction of the Con- <br /> servation Commission. Run-off from graded areas may be a problem. <br /> I 's the consensus of opinion of those members present that a Notice <br /> of Intent Faust be filed for this phase of the proposed project. <br /> Representati es -Greenberg and Dita.mi were present as stated and are <br /> infor e and aware of this necessity before the project can go forward . <br /> This will be referred to as "Section C" , on plans submitted. <br /> Colin Peters , wetland geologist with I .E.P. ,was also present for <br /> Stmt Woods . <br /> Mr. Rosenberg made motion that the onsery .ti n. - r.miss o 31 erine <br /> that the Wet.-lands Protection Act is applicable to the premises shown <br /> on the plan. Ms . Dardano seconded the motion and all those members <br /> present voted in favor of said motion. <br /> Sidnev. and Marion Covitch - Request for Determination <br /> Michael shay was present as agent for the applicants . This proposal <br /> is to construct an addition on the west end of an existing dwelling, <br /> The setback is approximately in line with the house , It is within <br /> loo' of the baa . The bank is approximately 301 high and the drainage <br /> is downhill away from the water. Mr. Shay is requesting that <br /> determination be made that there is no applicability of the Act as <br /> there 's no impact on either the bank or the water. <br /> Ms . Dardano pointed out that work would be performed within the resource <br />
