MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION Meeting f May 23, 1985 Present at this meeting were : March D. Dardano, Acting Chairman; Pauline DeL ry; - . Jean Thomas and Louise Behrman, ex-officio members ,bers , Frere present as was Douglas Boyd, Advisor. The meeting was c'ailed to order by March Dardano at 7:10 P. M. Dom Nocera 53. 360 It was unanimously agreed by members present at this time Darda.no, DeLory, Peoples and Simmons t modify the Order of Conditions issued to Mr. N cera. by deleting Special Condition #2l in its entirety with the e cep t,i o of the Last sentence , "The owners . , , to * All other portions of the Order f Conditions remain a written and -is sued. John Hala his Cape & Islands Surveying Co . , Inc . - agent Cont. from April 25, l� 5• This. application is to construct a floating dock with walkway* Brush clearing 35' fr m house at Lot #4 Quaker Run Road. John S lavinsky, representative for the agent, presented revised, stamped plans . He also submitted a cross-section of the proposed stairway. He stated that the walkway y will be five feet above the marsh. The walkway will also be five feet above the marsh. Agent has indicated on plans that there will be a, 3/411 distance between planks of the walkway. He said that there is also approximately another forty feet of stairway toward the house From what was indi- cated at the first public hearing. Mr. Sla.vinsk r stated that the applicant proposes to sod the cleared areas . when this is accompli- shed, the other rarpy will be abandoned. No DEQE No. has been received . Mr. Slavinsky said that the appli- cation had to be re-submitted to DEQE because the plans had not been stamped by an engineer for the initial filing and this is why no DEQE No. has yet been received.
