Barton - Designer <br /> This application is to construct an addition to an existing dwelling <br /> at #24 Fiddler Crab Lane , New Seabury, Assessor' Map 105, Lot #103. <br /> Said addition will consist of a droning room, study and garage <br /> Mr. Barton pointed out that this is the same application consisting of <br /> the same pians and intent as preva.ously presented as a Request for <br /> Determination of Applicability on June 6, 1985. <br /> Mr. Barton pointed out that there is no basement planned for the <br /> addition. The site is on the end of a cul-de-sac adjacent to ockway <br /> Bay. New S e aury C,orporation has approved the construction. <br /> As there w re no questions , comments or discussion, Ms . Dardano declared <br /> the hearing closed. An Order of Conditions was written and will be <br /> issued with the following special, conditions : <br /> 1. work limit shall be within 2' of construction' . <br /> 2• All excavation shall be performed landward. <br />
